Boy critically injured, dog killed in North Las Vegas crash

A lad was critically injured and a canine was killed Thursday day successful a clang North Las Vegas.

Officers judge that astatine 5:12 p.m., a lad and his canine were walking crossed Martin Luther King Boulevard adjacent Helen Avenue erstwhile they were struck by a vehicle, according to a connection from North Las Vegas constabulary spokesperson Alexander Cuevas.

The lad was taken to University Medical Center’s trauma center, and the operator remained astatine the scene.
