Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada opened its doors Christmas Day and prepared 1,000 escaped meals for stateless and susceptible men, women and children.

The peculiar vacation paper developed by cook Jun Lao included dilatory roasted beef topped with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, greenish legume casserole and yule log for dessert.
