A fatal clang connected Interstate 15 adjacent Primm closed down the northbound lanes of the interstate for hours aboriginal Tuesday.
The Nevada Highway Patrol said the clang closed the road sometime astir 1 a.m., causing large postulation backups connected the roadworthy that connects Southern California to Southern Nevada.
