Police link dead man to 2nd cold case killing

Las Vegas constabulary person linked a dormant antheral to a 2nd acold lawsuit killing, Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Raymond Spencer said successful a video posted to the department’s YouTube transmission connected Monday.

Spencer said constabulary linked Johnny Blake Peterson to the execution of 22-year-old Diana Hansen successful 1983. Hansen was reported missing connected Dec. 31 and recovered dormant connected westbound Spring Mountain Road, astir a mile and a fractional westbound of South Buffalo Drive. Hansen had been sexually assaulted, Spencer said.

Homicide detectives could not find her slayer until recently, aft they solved different acold case.

In November, constabulary announced they’d solved the abduction, rape and execution of 16-year-old Kim Bryant successful 1979, linking Peterson to the transgression with the usage of DNA technology.
